User's Guide

Led the development, maintenance, and publishing of the Open MCT User's Guides for each release of the software. This guide provides provides comprehensive documentation–covering all aspects of viewing and using data, navigating the application, in-depth tutorials, and composing and customizing views.

These manuals are used by VIPER mission operations staff as we trained them to use Open MCT to prepare for the mission. Other users of this manual include multiple missions at Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), Goddard Space Centers and the other NASA space locations, and companies in the private industry. This particular instance of the User's Guide is catered to the public, for any user who is interested in using the open-source mission control software.
