Hi, I'm Rukmini!

A little bit about me...

My name is Rukmini Bose and I am currently a UX Designer for KBR, working at NASA Ames Research Center on VIPER's Missions Systems team. VIPER is a NASA Mission that is sending the a rover to the South Pole of the moon to look for water and other key resources.
I graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with Bachelors in
Computer Science and Cognitive Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Human-Computer Interaction in December 2021.
I am very passionate in pursuing a career in the UX Design and Research– especially to understand the connection between technology and the human mind and applying common design fundamentals in creative and groundbreaking ways. I have a particular interest in
autonomous vehicle design– whether it be cars, planes, trains, or even rovers that go to space!
I am looking always looking for opportunities that will allow me to not only showcase my creativity and technical skills but make a greater impact in the world.
